I fell in love and found my furever friend last week with the help of Antonio. From my initial phone call explaining the deposit process to hold the puppy, to allowing me the time to spend with two dogs so I could make the best decision, Antonio was fantastic and patient. He thoroughly explained financing options, walked me through all of the paperwork and discussed diet and a ton of other new puppy advice. I could not recommend him more. Welcome home Bogey!
Nicole was very understanding and patient in explaining and helping us out during our process of being 1st time dog owner and assisted us well in ruling out the skeptics of it all finally My teenager Kaydan decided to go with breed of his personal choice and comfort and now we are officially added to the family of pet owners! A splendid journey! Thanks a ton to Nicole and team members and shake a paw rt 22 green brook nj from the Fernandes Family
I canβt thank Shake a Paw, but especially Brittany, enough for helping us give this cutie his forever home. Brittany is so loving and caring and went above and beyond to hold him for us until we could bring him home. Amazing experience and our family feels complete again. Fur-ever grateful!!
It's always a pleasure working with the great staff at Shake A Paw. This is our 4th puppy we've purchased from one of there locations. Brittany was fantastic very helpful and knowledgeable about our pup. The financing process was very fast and accommodating in getting our new little buddy home with us. They are a five star operation in our eyes. Great inventory and very clean and well run. Thanks once again for making our family alittle happy in these times of such confusion.
We had such a wonderful experience at Shake A Paw! Bianca was incredibly knowledgeable about dogs and helped us every step of the way. We originally planned to get just one puppy but ended up bringing home two β a Cavapoo and a Havanese/Maltese mix β and we couldnβt be happier! Bianca guided us with detailed instructions on how to care for our puppies and took the most adorable photos that weβll cherish for a lifetime. She was patient, kind, and really took the time to help us understand which breeds were hypoallergenic β exactly what our family needed. Thank you, Bianca, for making this such a special and memorable experience for our family!

As first-time puppy parents, we honestly couldnβt have asked for a better guide than Charlie. Our experience at Shake A Paw wouldnβt have been the same without him. Charlie is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable in this line of work β it shows in everything he does. He even owns pups of his own, which made his advice feel all the more trustworthy and genuine. From helping us choose the right puppy to making practical recommendations on everything we needed to purchase, Charlie made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was how personable and easygoing he was. He created such a comfortable environment for us to ask any and all questions (even the ones we thought might be silly), and he answered every one with patience and insight. We left feeling confident, supported, and incredibly excited β and a big part of that was thanks to Charlie. Highly recommend working with him if youβre looking for your first (or next) pup!

The service was excellent at Shake a Paw in Union. This is our first puppy! Bryan was so patient with us as we asked to see and interact with several different breeds before we decided on our Cockapoo! Bryan answered all of our questions and addresses out concerns! Our puppy is the best and has been a wonderful addition to our family!

Almost three years ago i brought a girl sheepadoodle from shake a paw, My family and i just had to come back and of course thanks to Caitlin we yet again got another chance to leave with a new family addition! A baby boy sheepadoodle! Caitlin was truly amazing. She was kind, funny & super helpful the process was easy and fast. Again I want to say a big thanks to her and all the wonderful staff. One picture is Zoey my very first baby from them ! The second is our new little guy Bruno!
AMAZING!! Charlie - the sales associate was wonderful. We really didnβt go with the intention of purchasing a puppy - however I am so, so happy we ended up with one!! I wholeheartedly believe that is Charlie wasnβt there - we would have left. I went to another location and was not impressed with the customer service - the Green Brook location is the one I would recommend! Every single detail was explained with calm and patience. So glad we ended up here!! Brownie, our Cavapoo is a cutie and such a good little pup!!
I waited 3months to give a honest review.. shake a paw blessed me with my bestfriend, they have great customer service, great prices. My puppy is so healthy & If you see this post, itβs a sign TO GO, you wonβt be disappointed β€οΈ Thank you so much, shake a paw.
We had a fabulous experience with Shake A Paw and couldnβt be more in love with our cavapoo puppy. Bianca made the entire process seamless- from the moment we first walked in for our scheduled play date to picking up our puppy to bring home. We left feeling confident and more knowledgeable on training our puppy, medical and breed acumen, plus having a new friend in Bianca who is open to any and all questions.

She was so informative with the process and everything we needed to know about Louie. Thank you again Brittany!! Louie loves his home π we couldnβt have done it without you
My husband and I had an excellent experience finding our new puppy Murphy. He is a mini Irish Doodle and it was love at first sight! Christie was a pleasure to work with. She was very friendly and answered all our questions. She even was able to send me pictures of my puppy since his pictures were no longer on the website. That was greatly appreciated. The store itself was very clean. The puppies looked to be well taken care of. Speaking specifically of my puppy he is very happy and social. I can tell he was well taken care of during his time in the store. He was on high quality food at Shake A Paw and we continue to feed him that at home. He absolutely loves it. And even better, he received an excellent bill of health from our vet. No parasites or health issues. We really had a great experience. We recommend πΎπ
We have 3 dogs from here that we have gotten over the last 5 years and just had our 1 year gotcha day with our latest this past month. The whole staff is really great and want to make sure you are getting the right puppy for you. They are well informed and care about all the animals. If a dog is a little high-strung or not going to be great with kids they are very forthcoming. They have always been this way with us. Before getting our last puppy we looked at another one about 2 months before that had been there for a little while. The staff remembered us and let us sit with the dog. Before we did they said she wasnβt going to be the right fit and she definitely wasnβt. A couple months later we went back and got our newest, he was perfect. All of our dogs have always left healthy and have never had any issues. They are really special people.

Was love at first sight. We add the best dog to our family. She is so smart and sweet. Bianca was amazing from the beginning, she did everything in her hand to help and guide us thru the adoption process. She is so caring and knowledgeable about animals. And when you know you know is all in their eyes. Welcome Luna Ortiz to our family. You are so loved.
We absolutely love our new family member (Bao Bao.) He's only been home with us a few short weeks but our whole family loves him, he's caught onto potty training very quickly and loves our cats. We couldn't have asked for a better puppy β‘ Thank you to all who helped us!
Brittany was such a huge help with selecting our new chihuahua. Very patient with our time deciding on if they would be the best fit for our family, too answering the tons of questions we had about our new addition to the family. Brittany was a huge decision factor for us in our choice and we cannot thank her enough, she truly loves her job and the care of the homes for these pets. Our new girl Gemma will be loved and cared for the best that we can offer, thank you again!
Shake a paw is great! Got our second pup from there, have also referred a few family members. Charlie was great at the green Brook location, and Bryan at union was wonderful for a second time as well.

We have a wonderful experience buying a pup from Shake a Paw. I interacted with Charlie. They are a great team, very kind to the pets, maintain the place well, thorough in their sale process. All the pets waiting to find a home are well cared for. They made it nice and easy for us, patiently answered our questions, allowed us to bond with the pup. The paperwork is quite comprehensive. They have a very nice store with pet accessories. I highly recommend Shake a Paw.

In the words of my 8 year old- it was an AMAZIIINNNGGGG and exciting experience. this is my second pet from Shake a Paw and Charles was super helpful and accommodating. He was patient while we bonded with our new fur baby and assisted in running down the list of necessities to take our baby home. Thanks again for a great experience.
Had a wonderful experience!! Bianca took great care of us and made the day special. Her personalized touch and obvious passion for dogs made our decision smooth and easy. Would recommend to anyone considering getting a new pup for the family. She even took some cute photos of us on the way out.
My children and I have spent years dreaming, researching, planning and organizing our schedule so we could one day own our very own puppy. We even had some essentials pre purchased , and we finally met our dream puppy here at Shake A Paw in Union. Bryan went above and beyond to assist us in making our dream come true. He was very patient and informative and gave us plenty of time to interact with the puppy my kids and I fell in love with before we made our final decision. Bryan and the rest of the staff made the process of taking her home with us seamless. We felt very confident and prepared going home with our new family member; sheβs already a perfect match! They made this experience very special and were understanding. Thank you again for helping us bring Rio home and be a part of our family.
Great experience, excellent customer service. We got our puppy and they explained everything that we need to take care of him. Thanks to Samantha for helping us to get the most beautiful puppy
I had an amazing experience at this shop. I bought my puppy about a month ago and I couldnβt be happier. Worker Nicole was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process. Iβm very grateful for my new family member!
Brittany was absolutely wonderful during this very special process of bringing another little family member home. She was patient, compassionate, friendly, and informative. I have purchased puppies at shake a paw before (for myself and a friend) and this was hands down the best experience one could ask for. We love our little buddy and are excited to assimilate him into our household!
The staff was EXTREMELY patient & helpful with making sure we brought home our 1 year old sonβs forever best friend. The whole staff was great but Nicole is who helped us directly and she was amazing all around, between being patient, looking for other options for us, & being extremely nice to my son who was getting fussy, such a good first time experience of buying our own dog for our adult life and for our son to have a fur friend the way we did growing up.
I want to shout out Antonio & Christine !! They are amazing workers !! Who have also been such an amazing help in my visit yesterday!! I wasnβt sure if I would be able to leave with a new addition to our little family , but after a couple of hours , detailed information by the amazing staff. I was able to leave with a puppy who is the absolute sweetest!! ( my daughters early birthday present) I canβt express how truly happy and grateful we are to have her β€οΈ Hope β€οΈ . Iβd highly recommend Shake A Paw to any and everyone! Ask for either or ! (Although the entire staff are awesome as well!! )
I went to the green brook and union locations and they were both amazing!!! The staff there was wonderful and very helpful. We had intially gone to the green brook location where we got our first dog 18 years ago! Now looking for a new pup, Brittany and the staff were very pleasent throughout our adoption of our new pup Cupid!!! Great people, great place, great pups!!
I got my sweet baby Apollo from here, and my heart is so full! The staff were beyond amazing so kind, caring, and patient through the whole process. A special thank you to Nicole for helping me find my little best friend and making sure I had everything I needed to start this new journey. Apolloβs only been home for three days, and heβs already completely spoiled and so loved. I canβt thank this wonderful place enough for bringing him into my life. Youβve truly helped me find my forever friend β€οΈπΎ
We had wonderful experience at Shake a paw. Brittany helped us tremendously in finding our new baby. This is our second dog from Greenbrook store. Our beloved Daisy passed away at age 15 few years ago. She was the best dog we ever had. We are hoping that Spencer will follow the same foot steps. So far he is wonderful.
Cristina was wonderful to work with at Shaker a paw. She really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect puppy. My puppy is absolutely adorable, healthy, and affordable. I highly recommend Cristina if youβre looking for a smooth and positive experience.
We got the puppy of our dreams!!! Our Gracie is absolutely gorgeous and Brittany made everything so seamless for us. She walked us through each step of the way and made us feel so comfortable. She is incredibly knowledgeable and she is such a huge asset to Shake a Paw. We are so happy to bring home our baby girl. Britany was a pleasure to work with. Very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. If we decide to get another puppy weβd ask for her to help us again. Shake a paw had so many beautiful puppies. Wish we couldβve taken them all home. We named our English bulldog puppy Luna!
I had such a great experience here. Joyce who helped us was incredibly sweet, kind, and genuinely caring. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, and you can really tell she loves what she does. She went above and beyond for us. Brittany was extremely helpful, warm, and bubbly! I immediately fell in lβ‘ve with our newest baby KoKo!! It was so easy and she fits right in with our family. I would definitely come back and refer/ recommend Shake A Paw to EVERYONE! We are so happy!!
I bought my dog Milo, heβs a pure English bulldog. Ever since I saw him I knew I had to take him with me. They got small rooms where u can meet with your dog. The best part is that they have everything set up, for example they helped me with the insurance and the vet for him. Iβm so thankful my sister found this amazing store. God bless
I recently visited Shake a Paw in Union, NJ, to pick up my new puppy, an adorable Italian Greyhound named Lorenzo, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I walked into the store, I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization. The facility was well-maintained, and the puppies appeared healthy and happy in their spacious, clean enclosures. It was clear that the staff takes great care of the animals. The staff at Shake a Paw were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all my questions and provided detailed information about Lorenzo's breed, temperament, and care needs. Their passion for animals was evident, and they made sure I felt comfortable and prepared to take care of my new furry friend. Meeting Lorenzo was love at first sight. He was playful, energetic, and clearly well-socialized. The staff ensured that he was up-to-date on his vaccinations and provided me with all the necessary paperwork and health records. They even offered a starter kit with essential items for Lorenzo, which was a thoughtful touch. The adoption process was smooth and efficient. The staff guided me through the necessary paperwork and made sure I understood everything before leaving the store. They also provided valuable advice on feeding, training, and general care, which was incredibly helpful for a first-time Italian Greyhound owner like me. Overall, my experience at Shake a Paw was exceptional. The combination of a clean, welcoming environment, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and a well-cared-for puppy made this a perfect experience. I highly recommend Shake a Paw to anyone looking to add a new furry member to their family. Lorenzo has been a joyful addition to my life, and I am grateful to Shake a Paw for their dedication and support.
They made the process very easy, financing options were great! Nicole was awesome to work with. The place is a little on the pricey side but overall a great experience and very happy with our new furry friend!
My experience with Shake A Paw was truly exceptional from beginning to end. A huge special shoutout to Nicole and Brittany, who assisted me throughout the entire process. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and attentiveβnot only to me but also to my new puppy, Oreo. Their professionalism and warm demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. The shop itself is filled with an adorable array of healthy, happy puppies, and itβs clear that the staff genuinely loves what they do. Iβm very appreciative of the attention and care Nicole and Brittany provided every step of the way. If youβre in the market for a new puppy, I highly recommend visiting Shake A Paw in GreenbrookβIβm confident youβll love the experience just as much as I did!
Call it love at first sight. The moment we saw him, we fell in love with him. Bianca has been very informative, patient with all our inquiries and concerns. She definitely educated us also abouth things we have to know as first time fur parents. They have a wide selections, their puppies are healthy and the place is clean. We definitely give Shake a Paw a thumbs up. πΎπΆππΌ
Two great experiences. We adopted our Rescue dog, Sammy 2 years ago and our newest puppy yesterday. Theyβre both adorable and we couldnβt be happier. Our next door neighbor and our across the street neighbors also bought their dogs there and had wonderful experiences , which is why I went. Charlie , the manager , was extremely kind and helpful.
I have wanted a dachshund my entire life and kept getting completely scammed while looking for a purebred!!! We have rescued all of our pets our entire lives and didnβt know where else to look for our dream pup! We found shake a paw and went a few times to meet and greet with pups! We never felt pressured or unwelcome! The staff is so kind and let you have as much time as you need to meet your forever furry friend!!!! We loved that once we adopted the puppy we were able to get information on the puppies parents and we have his family tree!!! We also were able to get the breeder information and check ourselves the breeder before making a decision! The puppies are checked weekly by a vet, and there was full transparency if the pet Had any issues prior to you adopting!! One thing I wish they were upfront about is that the price that was marked for the puppy did not include the vaccines so keep in mind that the price that they show you for the dog is not the total price cause you have to pay for any vaccines that they have already gotten as well!! Our sweet Walter is now 6 months and doing amazing and we are so thankful for the sake a paw team!!!
Great experience at Shake-a-Paw in Greenbrook! After several visits, with Brittanyβs help we found. the perfect pup for us! Brittany was wonderful - enthusiastic, kind, and knowledgeable about the puppiesβ breeds and individual temperaments, often looking up information on their parents to help us make the best decision. Brittany was very patient with us. My daughter and I never felt pressured. Our new puppy just had his first vet appointment and is a healthy addition to our family! Thank you, Brittany!
My experience at shake a paw was nothing short of amazing!! I first went to look and play with one dog I saw online and Brittany was so helpful and sweet. She provided me with so much information about this specific breed. I went back a week later and Nicole was equally as helpful. She set me up with all the necessities, including the food and the cutest harness and leash! So grateful for this amazing staff and their help in bringing home my fur baby Winnie!
Found the love of my life here with my fiancΓ©. Charles conspired with him to sneakily set up the wonderful surprise. He helped me through the entire process and you could tell he absolutely loves his job. Even Bianca came outside and helped take photos of us with our newest family addition. Chloe couldn't be anymore perfect. Thank you so so much for making this possible.
We are so lucky this little munchkin came home with us.. Very happy we could add this new member to our family. My nieces are beyond excited to play with our new Cavapoo. Team at Shake a paw helped us to pick this bundle of joy, gave us all the instructions we need to take care of her and Bianca even helped me pick the best products for our new baby to make sure she settle in without any problems. Bianca is absolutely wonderful, reachable for any and all questions I have! Highly recommend Shake a paw, there are beautiful healthy and happy puppies waiting for forever homes and you wonβt be disappointed.
My momβs dog of 10 years suddenly passed away and she was desperately lonely living alone. Iβm in a different state and called Shake A Paw and spoke to Christie. She was so nice and understanding. She arranged to personally bring my mom a beautiful puppy the next day. Unbelievable that someone unknown to us would be so kind! She arrived at my momβs front door at 11am on Saturday and surprised her with the puppy of her dreams. As a family we couldnβt be happier for my mom to be happy and for Christie to go out of her way to drive 30 minutes away to deliver the puppy. Thank you Christie for your incredible caring and for making my momβs day!! We will forever be grateful.
I went to Shake a paw Saturday just as a spare of the moment trying my luck with a dog. I walked in and was warmly greeted by an amazing young lady who introduced herself as Bianca. I must say the service I received from her was beyond impeccable. She was very informative, she provided me with the most helpful, warm service Iβve ever had and I was able to walk out of there with the dog Iβve always wantedβ¦.kudos to Biancaβ¦.!!!
Everyone @shakeapaw made the transition home amazing ! Special thanks to Christie for my endless questions. This isnβt my first rodeo with them β¦ return customer . Thank you for your patience and kindness !
We are having a great experience with Shake A Paw πΎ our cockapoo is a beautiful Chocolate Roan color with gorgeous Hazel eyes. We have decided to name him "de Trasci Saint Maverick" YOU HAD US AT WOOF
My first experience with Shake A Paw and it couldnβt have been more pleasant or gone any better. I first chatted with Amanda on Saturday, and explained which puppy I was interested in, she was very helpful and explained she would meet with me the next day on Sunday. She was a pleasure to work with. Extremely knowledgeable, and helpful with items I needed. I would recommend Shake A Paw and if sheβs available, ask for Amanda (however all the girls were helpful and pleasant Still trying to figure out the right name for him but he is very happy, as are all of us!
Brittany was super helpful and accommodating which made the process go smoothly despite the little hiccups we ran into. I am so grateful for the advice and service she gave as she made it very easy to understand (and, she even helped picking out some cute accessories to add to my little iggy's wardrobe!!). She has such a bright energy to her and she is so kind. I would highly recommend consulting with her! Thank you, Brittany and all the other staff present for making my experience unforgettable! :)
We had such a great experience with Joyce at Shake A Paw! Even though she is still in training, she was absolutely amazing. She greeted my boyfriend and me with so much enthusiasm and happily showed us the puppy we wanted to see. She gave us plenty of time to play and bond with the puppy without ever making us feel rushed. Although we didnβt take the puppy home since weβre still considering other breeds, Joyce was so understanding and patient. She even took down my number to let me know when the specific breeds Iβm looking for become available. Her friendliness and professionalism really stood out, and she made the whole experience enjoyable. Shake A Paw is lucky to have her on the team!
Thanks to Brittany I found the perfect dog. The staff was very helpful and you can tell they care about all the animals in the store. I would highly recommend.
Extremely happy with out new fur baby. Brittany was amazing and so helpful in acclimating our 2 year old cavalier with the puppy. Highly recommend bringing other pets for into play date to ensure the pup is the right fit for family. Brittanyβs knowledge of the breed and puppy was spot on. It was lovely St first dite

I have always been skeptical of getting a puppy from here, but with our recent experience (in August) I wouldnβt hesitate to go back. My family and I were searching for a pomsky which we were going to get locally. Unfortunately, the person whose dogs had the puppies ended up selling without giving us the opportunity. We happened to be in shake a paw βto get excitedβ to welcome the new puppy we were going to meet when we got that text. out of pure serendipityβ¦there was one pomsky in the entire place. the exact color, gender, and personality we were looking for. it was an immediate yes. Bianca had helped us and provided all of the answers we neededβ¦I asked many questions regarding their process of selecting puppies and making sure they do not come from puppy mills. Bianca was so informative and had stellar advice. our puppy was a little sick the first couple weeks which is typical when kept in a space with many puppies. shake a paw has a program where they will handle any sign of illness within the first month, which is exactly what happened. the process was very seamless. we are now almost 6 months into having her in our lives and we canβt imagine it without her. her demeanor, silliness, and loving personality has stolen everyoneβs hearts. I recommend them a thousand times over.
I came here a couple of days ago and left with a new family member. If you're looking to buy a dog this is a spot to go. It is very clean and sanitary. The people are kind and full of knowledge on each and every pup. They made the experience a pleasure and ensure that it was a smooth and easy process. They gave us all the information that we needed while providing us with fresh water branded by the company. I thought that was just the bee's knees. I would highly recommend purchasing your pup here..
Amazing Experience Finding Our Perfect Puppy! We had an incredible experience at Shake A Paw, thanks to Brittany! She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and understanding as we searched for our first dog. We originally had our hearts set on a different breed but realized it wasnβt the right fit for our lifestyle. Brittany took the time to listen to our concerns, answer all our questions, and guide us toward the perfect pupβa Cavapoo! She made sure we felt confident in our decision and never rushed us. Her kindness and expertise made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We couldnβt be happier with our new furry family member! If youβre looking for a pet, we highly recommend Shake A Paw, and especially working with Brittany!
We had an amazing experience at Shake A Paw in Union when we bought our first dogβa beautiful corgi puppy named Chloe! Samantha, who assisted us throughout the process, was exceptional. She was calm, patient, and understanding, even as we took our time looking at four different puppies before making our decision. She explained everything clearly and in detail, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. We couldnβt be happier with Chloe or the outstanding service we received. If youβre considering getting a dog, I highly recommend Shake A Paw in Union. Thank you, Samantha, for making this such a positive and unforgettable experience!
Bianca was amazing to us! We got a our first little guy and she made it super easy and informational at the same time. Not so overwhelming to cause anxiety, but rather just enough to give us confidence as new pet owners! I highly recommend her and this store. Products are also amazing! Thank you to Bianca and the rest of the staff!
We love Shake A Paw! This is our second time getting a fur baby for our family with them. First time, we got our Mini Goldendoodle, Tucker Oliver, 3 years ago at the Union location and this time around, we got our Mini Aussie, Sadie Leia, at the Greenbrook location. Both amazing locations with healthy puppies! We were shopping around for about two months for a girl puppy to add to our family, as it was time for Tucker to have a fur sibling to play around with and love! We had a few we bonded with in our journey, however, nothing like our Mini Aussie we got days ago with the help of Brittany! Brittany was super helpful, patient, caring, knowledgeable, and sweet! She helped us with any questions we had about her and her breed, her health, her family traits, etc. You can tell she loves her job and animals! Brittany took good care of her while she was on hold for us until her pick up & always so gentle with our Sadie. We brought Tucker with us to meet his sister and take pictures all together at departure, and Brittany showed love to him by giving him some treats & a matching mini blanket and squeaker in one so "he wouldn't feel left out" so thoughtful!! Although they may be a bit pricey, if you can do it, go for it because puppies always come home healthy from our last experience and our newest, and they really do live by "meet your forever best friend" because our fur babies are our best friends and the sweetest fur babies :) it's so worth it at the end of the day. If you end up on your search for a puppy at Shake a Paw Greenbrook, ask for Brittany!! You can look at all the available puppies for both locations online before going & it's always up to date instantly! Thank you to shake a paw we have the most beautiful dog and I love her so much and Christy was especially helpful. She was knowledgeable and knew all the right things to tell us about getting a new puppy. We love Chloe.
I had the most amazing experience with Shake A Paw. I was extremely nervous about getting a puppy but Bianca eased my nervousness. She was so helpful, and reassuring. She explained every detail to me and I left there feeling a lot less nervous. I know the key is patience and repetition, but Bianca advised even after I leave, I was able to contact her with any questions I have. This definitely put me more at ease. Highly recommend.
I cannot say enough great things about Shake a Paw Green Brook, and Brittany in particular. Brittany was beyond professional. We had the pleasure of being in the store for extended visits on Valentines day, the next day, and today (pick up day!). We were there for hours each time playing with each of the two pups we added to our family (brother and sister from same liter) We witnessed Brittany's professionalism in every interaction we were a part of as well as many others throughout the day. She clearly loves her job and takes a personal interest in finding forever homes for every pup in her care. She gave us excellent advice throughout and was as thrilled for us as we were! She is truly in the right position and gives ALL of her heart every minute of her day. Shake a Paw is lucky to have her. And if you are considering adding a fur-baby, you would be blessed to have Brittany as part of the process!
I had such an awesome experience! Charlie literally helped me every step of the easy and was so kind and awesome No matter what time of the day when I contacted him via text he answered any questions I had about the dog and caring for her . On pick up day Samatha was very helpful as well w care instructions and picking out products for my pup . Thank u guys so much for Bella Donna
We went to Shake A Paw to get our first ever puppy and we had an amazing experience with Christie! She was very informative and helped us get all of the essentials we needed to take our puppy home. I cannot recommend Shake A Paw enough!
Bianca was great at communication, she explain the process very professional. Thanks for everything and making the paper work very efficient.. Chloe is home! She's a miniature american shepherd! My Archie (GSD) has a bestie now.. So happy that he got company.. Love these two together!ππ I couldn't ask for more!
I had a fantastic experience at Shake A Paw! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about animals. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find the perfect products for my pet. The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a great selection of pet supplies. I also appreciated how well they care for their animalsβeverything was well-maintained and the pets looked happy and healthy. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Shake A Paw to any pet owner! Almost two years ago, I bought a puppy from Shake A Paw, and I have never had a single problem. He wasβand still isβthe most lovable and wonderful puppy ever! Bianca guided us through the process, and honestly, I will never go to another pet store. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you! My puppy will turn two this June, and I couldnβt be happier that we chose Shake A Paw.
I truly wasnβt expecting to get a dog when we walked into Shake A Paw on a rainy Saturday. My wife had gotten her dog from this location years ago and had such a wonderful experience that we decided to stop in just to see the puppies and brighten up a gloomy day. We thought it would be a sweet moment, nothing more β but it turned into one of the most beautiful decisions weβve made. The moment we walked in, we were impressed by how well the animals were cared for. Every puppy looked healthy, happy, and loved. There were so many adorable breeds and a mix of dogs available for purchase as well as adoption β which I really appreciated. The environment was clean, warm, and welcoming. Then I saw her β a Cavachon puppy I instantly connected with. The staff brought her out for us to play with, and I was smitten. They made the process thoughtful and easy, allowing us to place a $20 hold so we could sleep on it and not feel rushed into making such an important decision. After all, bringing a new pet home is adding a lifelong companion to your family. We came back the next day to visit her again, and it was clear β she was meant to come home with us. Thatβs when we met Bianca, who was an absolute gem throughout the entire process. She was warm, funny, incredibly knowledgeable, and made us feel so at ease. This was my first pet as an adult, and she answered every question with patience and care, completely easing my nerves. When we returned later in the week to officially pick up our puppy, everything was prepared: she had received her shots, had been groomed, and we were even provided her family history β something you donβt always get and a testament to how Shake A Paw builds strong, ethical relationships with their breeders. The level of care and transparency was amazing. I never thought a rainy Saturday would lead to this, but I am so grateful it did. Thanks to Bianca and the entire Shake A Paw team in Union, we brought home a healthy, happy puppy and had a truly supportive, joyful experience from start to finish. Weβll absolutely be returning for any future companions and all of our pet supply needs. Thank you for helping us find our girl β and for making it such a beautiful beginning. πΆπ
Let me start by saying Brittany is absolutely amazing!!! She is extremely knowledgeable and very patient, especially when it comes to answering all of our questions about the new addition to our family. She took her time to make sure she thoroughly explained every ounce of paperwork and our puppy's history. She also encouraged us to make sure our kids were not allergic to the puppy and to make sure that our kids and the puppy got along! Our family absolutely loves our new addition and Tenten is finally homeπ©·
I had an incredible experience getting our puppy Barney at Shake A Paw! Store is well organized, clean and the puppies are ADORABLE! Very professional! Worth every cent !
We are absolutely in love with our new golden retriever pup! Bryan at Shake A Paw was incredibly helpful from start to finish and so knowledgeable, which made us feel completely confident as we settled Charlie into his new home. Thank you so much for helping us find our furry love!

I purchased a miniature dachshund from the store and had one of the best experiences of my life. Specifically Bianca made me feel very welcomed. She was extremely knowledgeable and very patient when it came to all of my questions as I am a first time dog owner. You can also tell that she has a true passion and care in what she does. So much so that I decided to come back three weeks later and purchase my second dog with her as guidance. She allowed me to stay in the store for almost 3 hours to really think about my decision and to spend as much time with the animal before I made that decision. She has also become a lifetime resource For my dogs as I know, I can always call or text her if I have any questions or need a third-party vendor for whatever reason. The store is also extremely clean And well stocked with toys, clothes, treats, beds, anything that you would need and moderately priced. You can tell that the animals are well taken care of. My first dog already came potty trained, and all animals have their preliminary shots as well as arrangements for their first visits That is included in your purchase if you go to their specific vet. I have to say, Bianca really goes above and beyond for anything you need, But I also understand that itβs a big commitment and does not force you into any decisions. The store also has great relationships with different pet vendors around the tri-state area so they can be a great partner when it comes to anything related to your animal. I had such a great experience. I decided to come back three weeks later and purchased my second dog, and when I decide to purchase my third, you can bet I will be with Bianca and shake a pot to make my decision. They have rescues and puppies. Theyβre puppies often come with descriptions of their lineage and Often come with the best of the best certifications and from legendary breeders. I cannot recommend this place enough
From the moment I saw Murphyβs photo, I just knew he was meant for us. After losing my cat of 14 years, I wasnβt ready for another one, but my partner and I felt like something was missing in our little family. We already have an 8-year-old pitbull named Alexa who adores humans and small dogs and meeting Murphy was love at first bark. Now Murphyβs living the life a luxury high-rise, daily play at the dog park with lots of new friends a doggy spa, and a big sister to show him the ropes. Bryan made the entire adoption and financing process easy, respectful, and supportive. He answered all our questions, set us up with everything we needed, and made sure we left with confidence. Shake A Paw didnβt just help us adopt a dog. They helped us complete our family. When itβs time for a third? Weβll be back without a doubt.
Brittany helped us find our perfect addition to our family! She was kind, patient, and helped talk us through the best decision and puppy for our family! We truly appreciate the love and care she took and for helping us bring home our newest baby!!
We had a wonderful experience at Shake-a-Paw. The Union location was clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Bryan and Charlie are exceptional. They made this experience very special and were understanding. Thank you again for helping us bring Rio home and be a part of our family.
I had an exceptional experience at Shake A Paw. Brittany was so sweet and very knowledgeable and helped me choose my new puppy. Stopped buy to say hello to Brittany today after the vet and she was happy to see my little Luna. π₯°
We adopted Aristotle October of last year at Shake a Paw and we never expected such a sweet dog. This was our third and last store in a spontaneous puppy search for dachshunds. While this store did have dachshund puppies for sale, we never expected to run into Aristotle. The associates were helpful and allowed us to meet him. Obviously we took him home! And on the same day! Shake A Paw gave us a new baby but a word of advice to future adopters, take them to your vet ASAP! Despite paperwork mentioning some plaque, in reality, Aristotle had extensive periodontal disease that required most of his teeth to be removed. That came with a hefty vet bill. Health issues aside, Aristotle turned out to be a senior bundle of sweetness and we're 100% forever in love with him. β€οΈ Thank you Shake A Paw!
The staff at Shake a Paw made the process of adopting my new pup such a joy. Thank you Joyce for being so helpful answering my questions throughout the process! Joyce is patient, positive, and informative. She provided detailed responses about hypoallergenic breeds, the puppys' personalities, and recommendations. When I met my puppy at the puppy playdate, the puppy's calm, curious, and fun personality was everything I hoped for! Thank you Kassandra for facilitating the puppy play date, and Bryan for the details about feeding times and rest, and for setting up puppy in the car crate for the ride home!
Big thank you to Kassandra! She was so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the process. I am so grateful for all of her help as well as the staff, who helped me get our Riley girl her crate, toys, mats, etc.
We had a great experience at shake a paw, especially thanks to Brittany! This is our first dog, and she patiently answered all of our questions and made the whole process smooth and easy. She was kind, knowledgeable, and truly helpful. We left as the happiest couple with our new pup, highly recommend!
We can't say enough good things about Brittany. She was wonderful to work with. Kind, patient and took the time to explain everything. She wasn't pushy at all. Very knowledgeable and most of all very friendly. We Recommend shake a paw if you are looking to add a fur baby to your family. Definitely ask for Brittany and she will be a great assistance. Thank you for helping us today purchase Willow. We can't wait to spoil her and give her a great life. The Carbone Family

I just had the most amazing experience with Shake A Paw! From our very first call to meeting the incredible Brittany, her service was warm, welcoming, and truly exceptional. Brittany went above and beyond, making the entire process seamless and enjoyable. She's an absolute gem to work with! This is actually my third pup from Shake A Paw in the last several years, and the consistency in their exceptional service and love for their furry friends is truly remarkable. We're beyond thrilled with our new Yorkie, and our family is finally complete. Thank you, Shake A Paw, and especially Brittany, for bringing so much joy into our lives. We couldn't be happier!

Weβve been in search on and off to find the perfect miniature schnauzer. Last Thursday we went in to just kill some time and look if they had any cute puppies. And once we saw (Miko) we couldnβt let her stay. Sheβs a Christmas baby too! Brittany was super helpful & helped us with everything to set her up in the puppy stage!
Christie was awesome and helped me through the process of getting my puppy. She made the process seamless and was super informative!! Super friendly, great staff all around, & a well kept place. Would recommend this place to all. Super happy to welcome my new baby boy to my family!!
I just visited here today, and got my new puppy. A 2pound little chihuahua/rat terrier π the facility was clean and Joyce was very helpful! She explained everything about his needs as a very small pup (the smallest Joyce had ever seenπ€£) , and she was very sweet and down to earth. Even the way the staff spoke to one another, you can tell they have a very healthy work environment. They offer health guarantees and have a rather generous policy should something genetic pop up that wasnβt caught by one of their vets beforehand. They do get vets to check them beforehand to deem them fit for sale, and you do get a free checkup within 7 days of purchase with several locations to choose from. The pups I saw ranged in price. Hovering around the 1k-4k mark. They come microchipped, they bathe them for you upon purchase as well as clip their nails and clean their ears. And YES, if your credit is good you can definitely finance. They have pretty much everything you could need for your dog there,! The dogs were all clean, well socialized and very sweet. I 100% recommend going to this place if youβre looking for a forever friend π
Honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had!! I just purchased my first puppy yesterday (the cutest little Dachshund) and I am very happy about overall experience from the moment I walked into the shop. Joyce was super friendly and answered all my million questions I had as a first time dog mom. She walked me through the necessities that I need, how much and often I need to feed my puppy, and so much more! She was lovely and really helped me feel at ease throughout the whole process of purchasing my puppy. Thank you Joyce for the amazing experience and all your patience! She genuinely creates such a welcoming and warm environment for all her customers and visitors!
